I spent two nights at the Mount Pleasant Hotel and had a good experience. The outdoor terrace was perfect for relaxing, and I loved how close it was to the Malvern Hills trail. The room offered stunning views, which was a highlight of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with different choices available each day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I felt welcome. the room had some issues. It had a musty smell, and while the new room was better, I noticed some areas need refurbishment. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable either. Parking was limited during peak hours, which was a little inconvenient. Despite these hiccups, the location and staff made the stay enjoyable.

the hotel was super comfy n clean, big room with a lovely view of the hills. staff were really friendly n helped us out a lot. we enjoyed our meals, especially breakfast which was really good! really nice atmosphere and cozy vibes, perfect for a couples getaway. location is fab too, close to shops n nice walks.
the bathroom was a bit outdated n small. On the hotter days it got stuffy until we turned the fan on. also, we had a bit of a wait for drinks in the bar.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We explored beautiful hiking trails and visited some amazing local shops. After a long day, the charming hotel was the perfect retreat. The breakfast had great quality bacon and eggs, and the staff was really friendly. Parking was easy, but I suggest arriving early.
We did have a bit of noise early in the morning from delivery trucks, which interrupted our sleep on Saturday. It was frustrating after a fun night out.

Lovely room, but the steep stairs were challenging.

Fantastic location right by the hills! Our room was spacious and comfy, perfect to unwind after a day out. Plus, the charming restaurant adds a lovely touch.
But fair warning, it's like a workout getting to your room with all those steps! Unless you're training for the next Ninja Warrior, you'll want to think twice.
